Los Angeles Rapper DUCKWRTH’s Label-Debut Album “SuperGood” Is A Sonic Adventure

Los Angeles Rapper DUCKWRTH doesn't need anymore introduction. With about 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify, he has clearly proven that he has the gauge of a superstar.
The 32 year old rapper recently unveiled his fifth album entitled « SuperGood », which features amazing talents and major names such as G.L.A.M., EARTHGANG, Kyle Dion etc. Indeed, the project displays some prodigious singles loaded with creativity, consistency and versatility.
For instance, the single "Quick" subtly incorporates some African percussions, while keeping a Hip-hop foundation and an R&B chanting hook perspective led by the featured singer/songwriter KIAN. Then, there's the charismatic concept "Super Bounce", which is mostly a sonic exploration of soul music, with a pinch of contemporary Hip-hop brought by EARTHGANG.
On another hand, singles like “Coming Closer”, “World On Wheel” and “Say What You Mean”, rather takes you on a funky sonic adventure, with a drip of ingeniousness.
About the album, DUCKWRTH shares:
“I wrote this album to celebrate the wondrous black music that molded me into an artist and the black women that made me a king. If this album can remind you of a time where you believed in magic, then I’ve done my job.”
