Shipment processing time

When it comes to shipping, Uranium Waves first goal is to provide customers with the best experience possible, no matter where they live. We, sometimes, could be overwhelmed with orders but we’ll always manage to respond to your needs. 

Note that, our shipping Time frame is divided in two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. 

Processing Time: 

When an order comes in, it’s important for us to treat it with care. We, first, verify the order informations (Size, Colors, Type of Merch…), then we start tailoring before quality checking and packaging. Indeed, orders are sent to manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours, after the order is placed. The supplier processes the order, which could take up to 7 days. 

Note: It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping Time

Following the processing time, the item is, then shipped to the customer, directly from the warehouse. Once shipped, US/Canada orders could take 7 to 10 business days to arrive to their destination, while international shipping could take up to 15 days. 

The Shipping rate for USA/CANADA is a flat rate of 9.99$

The Shipping rate for the rest of the world is 14.99$

Customs, duties, and taxes

Uranium Waves is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Uranium Waves is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
