Milk N Cooks Joins Austin Fillmore And Doug Bako To Drop A versatile Pop/Dancehall Vibe: “Ziminah”
It’s very easy and predictable to fall for the single « Ziminah » deriving form the collaboration between three talented artists — Milk N cooks, Austin Fillmore and Doug Bako — not only because the track is catchy, but also due to its creative structure which blends Dancehall ingredients to a pop vibe.
Indeed, the song is simple, consistent and definitely a tremendous meal for your ears. Moreover, the process behind the song’s creation actually reminds of a successful Start-up launch. One of the artists explains, saying:
“It started as a voice note on my phone in April, I met a vocalist in Chicago (Austin) who I had previously remixed, showed him the note, he liked it, we started to record...main idea came together in 1-2 sessions, then it took months to finish lol, one night we randomly met Doug outside our studio and heard him sing, I was like “I gotta have him on this track”. After we locked his verse I added some more harmonies to the hook part, cleaned up the drop, and finally in August it was done”
